Solution-focused Hypnotherapy is based on the findings of neuroscience and incorporates the clinically proven aspects of Solution-focused Brief Therapy (sfbt), Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).


WHAT TO EXPECT:
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the power of the human mind, how it shapes our lives, our emotions, and our potential. This fascination, combined with my own experiences, inspired me to train at the prestigious Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy School, where I acquired the skills and knowledge to help others navigate their challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is simple yet profoundly effective. In our sessions, I provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where we’ll focus on solutions, not problems. Together, we’ll work on shifting your perspective, building your resilience, and empowering you to rediscover clarity, confidence, and peace.
The type of psychotherapy I practise is "solution focused" and is designed to reduce anxiety and calm the mind. As the name suggests it focuses on solutions for the future, rather than analysing problems of the past. Provided you are willing to make changes to the way you think, the therapy can be highly effective in relieving the symptoms of anxiety and stress. Focusing on solutions means we do not dwell on problems.
I offer treatment for depression, IBS, anger, weight management, fears/phobias, addictions, smoking cessation, motivation, insomnia and many more.
